ColorLite sph870 portable spectrophotometer
The ColorLite sph870 is a user-friendly, portable spectrophotometer with 45°/0° geometry. Because of the wide range of accessories it can be used on many different surfaces and materials, from small solid parts to liquids, powders, granules, foods and cables.
45°/0° and d/8° with the same device
The standard geometry of the sph870 is 45°/0° according to DIN 5033. With the MA35 probe head adapter it can also measure in d/8° geometry, which makes it a combi device with both standard geometries. The small and flexible external probe head is well suited for measuring small and curved parts.
Fast spectral measurement
The high resolution technology performs a spectral scan in 3.5 nm steps in just 0.5 seconds across the range from 400 to 700 nm. Repeatability is below 0.05 ΔE CIELab, and the white and blue LED light source has a lifespan of more than 20 years.
Easy to use without special training
The intuitive user interface allows staff without special training to carry out fast and accurate measurements. Results are shown on a TFT colour display, and the instrument has memory space for 1000 standards.
Applications
Typical uses are colour measurement and registration of incoming and outgoing goods according to DIN EN ISO 9000, objective colour quality control in production and colour difference measurement against reference colours stored on the device.
