We collect, store, and process personal information about you only for pre-defined purposes. The primary purpose of the service is customer communication, direct marketing and responding to contact requests. We also use customer contact information to inform customers of new opportunities and deals with email advertising.

Google Analytics data we forward to Leadfeeder is stored in the United States of America and in Ireland. The encrypted backups of this data are kept in United States of America, Ireland and Germany. The Leadfeeder servers have been granted the EU Privacy Shield certificate, which indicates their servers comply with EU GDPR privacy protection rules.

How long will my personal information be stored?

We will not keep your personal data longer than is necessary for their intended purpose or as required by law or contract. However, the retention periods for personal data may vary depending on the intended use and the situation. Usually we keep personal information on job applications and contacts for up to one year. We will also try to update your information from time to time if need arises.
